General Information

At Lindaswardrobe.com, your satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy is prepared in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Right of Withdrawal & Return Period

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

In addition, Lindaswardrobe.com voluntarily extends the total return period to 30 days from delivery.


Conditions for an Approved Return

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be in original packaging
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, unless required otherwise by law.


Return Address — Important

All returns must be sent to our international warehouse in China.

You must contact us before returning any item. We will provide:

  • The correct return address
  • Detailed return instructions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • International return shipping costs may be significant.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Alternative Solutions (Optional)

To help reduce high international return costs, we may offer:

  • Partial refund (no return required)
  • Free exchange (size or colour)
  • Store credit (voucher)

These options are voluntary and do not affect your statutory rights.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, email us at info@lindaswardrobe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Preferred solution (return, exchange, etc.)
  • Reason for return (optional)

You must wait for confirmation before sending items back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose

If this applies:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • You may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (unless faulty):

Exchanges

Refunds
